My coaching process involves informal conversations and exercises designed to reframe old ways of thinking or habits, and set you free from burdens, confusion or traumas that may be plaguing you. Not all coaching needs are crisis related, and sometimes just a discussion can help to clarify your thoughts.
I do not use scripted advice or banal suggestions. I will never tell you what you must do, or not do, and the goal is to co-create a plan for you to transform yourself to your highest potential.
As much as possible, especially at first, these meetings take place on a video platform such as Zoom, or Google Meet.
